Work US insurance claims to resolution: calling payers, analysing denials and taking the right action to get claims paid.
What you will do
- Follow up on unpaid and denied claims with US payers
- Analyse denials and take corrective action or appeal
- Update practice-management systems with clear notes
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
What we look for
- 1+ year of AR calling or denial management experience
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and US payer workflows
- Good spoken and written English
- Experience with AdvancedMD, Kareo or eClinicalWorks preferred
